What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping for all orders in the United States, United Kingdom and Worldwide.

What are the shipping times?

Order handling time: 1-3 Days. Monday to Friday.

Transit time: 6-12 Days. Monday to Friday.
It takes around 1-3 days for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 6 to 12 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.

Tracking your order:

Upon confirming your order, expect a confirmation email or text message containing a tracking ID and a link to monitor your package's journey, provided you've given a mobile phone number.

Follow the provided tracking link to access the tracking page. If required, input the tracking ID from the confirmation message into the designated field.

On the tracking page, you can observe real-time updates on your package, including its current location, anticipated delivery date, and any status changes during transit. Be patient, as it may take 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to display new updates, especially if your package is still in transit and awaiting various checkpoints.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched then regrettably Pramora cannot be held responsible for the missing item/items.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection from the delivery depot and it is returned to sender we will contact you upon receipt to re-arrange a delivery. There may be an additional dispatch charge if this is as a result of incorrectly provided details.



We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. If you are not happy with your item please return the unused product to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges. Please ensure the package is secured and wrapped well before returning and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
